Privacy Policy for Reward Sticker (칭찬 스티커)

Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the Reward Sticker (칭찬 스티커) mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App") developed by Bugon. The App lets parents run sticker reward charts for their children. This policy explains what data the App handles, where it is stored, which third-party services receive data, and how you can delete it.

Information We Collect

Account Information

• Anonymous account: On first launch the App automatically creates an anonymous account with Google Firebase Authentication. This account is identified by a randomly generated user ID; no name, email address or phone number is needed. All of your data is stored under this user ID.
• Email account (optional): You can link an email address and password to your account in Settings. Firebase Authentication then stores your email address and a hashed form of your password (we never see the password itself). Firebase sends verification and account emails to that address.

There is no local-only mode and no separate opt-in for cloud storage: the App always stores your data in the cloud under your account.

Information You Provide

• Child Profiles: Children's names and optional profile photos
• Reward Boards: Board title (goal), target number of stickers, and reward text
• Stickers: The sticker design chosen (from built-in designs), the date and time it was given, and an optional reason note and optional photo

Photos are only collected when you choose to take or select one with the camera or photo library.

Automatically Collected Information

• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): When the App crashes or hits a serious error, a report is sent containing the stack trace, device model, operating system version, App version and a Crashlytics installation identifier. Crash reporting is active in release versions of the App.
• Advertising data (Google AdMob): To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects the device's Advertising ID on Android and other device identifiers (on iOS the App does not ask for tracking permission, so Apple's Advertising Identifier is not made available to it), IP address, and device and App information. See "Advertising" below.
• Location Data: The App does not request location permission or collect precise location. Google may infer an approximate location from the IP address for ads.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the App's features: show and manage children, reward boards and stickers
• To keep your data in your account and available when you reopen the App or sign in with your linked email on another device
• To manage your account (anonymous sign-in, email linking, verification, account deletion)
• To find and fix crashes (Crashlytics)
• To show ads that fund the App (AdMob)

Data Storage

Cloud Storage (Firebase)

• Your data is stored in Google Firebase: text data (child names, boards, stickers) in Cloud Firestore and photos in Cloud Storage, under your account's user ID.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Firebase servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.

Local Storage

• A copy of your data is cached on your device (Hive database) so the App starts quickly. Your language setting and an ad counter are also stored on the device.
• Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App removes only this local copy. Your cloud data remains in Firebase (see "Data Retention and Deletion").

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only in these cases:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Crashlytics): processes data on our behalf to run the App.
• Google AdMob: receives device identifiers, IP address and device information through the ads SDK in order to serve and measure ads.
• Legal Requirements: if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

Advertising

The App shows full-screen (interstitial) ads from Google AdMob after every few stickers given, on Android and iOS. Google may use device identifiers to show personalized ads based on your activity in other apps and websites. The App does not currently include a consent tool for ad personalization.

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads — you can reset or delete your Advertising ID (on older versions, turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track") and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access: View all the data you entered in the App
• Correction: Edit child names, photos and boards in the App
• Deletion: Delete individual children, boards and stickers, or delete your whole account and all its data in Settings > Delete Account
• Ad choices: Reset or delete your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings

The App does not currently offer data export. To exercise any other right, contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended to be used by parents and guardians. Children's names and photos are entered by the parent, and children do not create accounts. The parent decides what information about a child to enter, and can edit or delete it at any time. Please enter only what you need (for example, a first name or nickname) and add photos only if you want to.

The App shows ads from Google AdMob as described above. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Data Security

• Encryption: Data sent between the App and Firebase is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access Control: Firebase security rules only let your signed-in account read and change your data.
• Passwords: If you link an email account, your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is not stored by us.

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Cloud Data: Kept in Firebase until you delete it in the App or delete your account.
• Delete Account: Settings > Delete Account is available to all users, anonymous or email. It immediately and permanently deletes all your photos in Cloud Storage, all your data in Cloud Firestore, and your Firebase Authentication account. There is no recovery period. Email users must re-enter their password first.
• Uninstalling or clearing App data: Removes only the local copy. The cloud data stays. For an anonymous account it then becomes unreachable, because you can no longer sign in to that account. Use Delete Account before uninstalling if you want your data removed.
• Crash reports and advertising data: Handled by Google under its own retention policies.
• Email requests: See our data deletion page.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new policy on this page

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
